Specs on NH 16LA FEL

Troube in paradise. Dealer is having trouble getting a new Woods FEL for me, so I am considering the 16LA and taking a serious price hit.

Can anyone anyone point me to specs on this loader? The NH web site has almost nothing.

It's a nice loader. Off and on easy. Joystick is integrated into tractor. Get the quick attach plate, bucket and forks - you won't be sorry.

Here are the two pages from the Owner's Manual (attachment to this post and the next one). Mark covered most everything, but make sure you get the heavy duty bucket also. I think it is standard with the quick-attach, but if you opt to not have that, I recommend you stay away from the standard bucket. The HD bucket has holes predrilled for adding a cutter bar or tooth bar.

One more thing...
I know how money can be tight, but this loader was designed to be used only on Class III Boomers and everything about it is a perfect match for your tractor. I could not look you in the face and recommend another loader after having mine. It is truly a perfect match. I think you will be saying you are glad you picked the 16LA for many years to come. I give my wholehearted endorsement to this loader. Probably nothing else you buy for your tractor will repay you as much as this loader.

I got the 16LA, and I have you to blame.

I twisted the dealer's arm and he gave me nice discount. I only paid $300 more for the 66" LA than the 66" Woods. Because the tractor was undelevered, it gave me the final leverage I needed.

It's embarrassing how much I like my loader. It also sounds like you made yourself one heck of a good deal. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Just kidding. I think the 16LA looks elegant in its own way.

I came that close -><- to getting the Bush Hog FEL. What a strong, bulletproof scoop it has! Since I have no granite blocks or depleted uranium to load, I opted for something lighter for the tractor's front end. I'll keep all the heavy stuff on the back.
