Sowing

We are now sowing Spelt or Dinkel which is a winter wheat
but it's still a little too moist in the soil hoping that it will dry up in the coming week
Trimmed the little red tractor that appears last in the video so that it would be finished before winter

Anyone of you guys having experience with Spelt or Dinkel wheat :anyone:

I can't help you with wheat, but that's the most professional video I've seen in a long time. And your equipment looks like it just came off the showroom floor.

most of the tools are more than 30 years old, the plough are from 1957
