Hi,
I am trying to create new paddocks on circa 3 acres of land which are currently overgrown with weeds\brambles etc.
I was thinking of harrowing the existing area, rolling it, broadcast seeding, rolling again to create the paddocks. I have read online that a seed drill is more effective which I do not deny but am wondering what would be the best option for me.
If I went for my original method I could use the broadcaster for fertalizier as well, harrow could be used for collecting the clippings when topping and roller would be handy for mole hills etc.
Where as a seed drill would only be used ocassionally and I am not covering a major amount of land.
Anyone have any advice on the way they would go?
Thanks,
Kevin
