Source for used metal in SE Michigan

I've been looking for a source of used steel for various projects in SE Michigan (west side of Detroit) and I found a scrap yard that will let you basically just look around and pick out something that you want and the price seems to be negotiable (not by the pound). I got two nice 4' pieces of 3" angle iron that were part of a commercial steel truss in a former life, for $10.

Place is called Plymouth Iron and Metal on Schoolcraft.

Update.

I found a better place for used steel in SE Michigan. Cheaper and a lot friendlier. Haggerty Metal on Haggerty between Plymouth Road and Schoolcraft Road.

Bonus: They have a bin next to the scale door of new wire that they'll resell for $2 a pound. I bought a new 50' length of 8 gauge THHN wire for $8 vs $1 a foot at HD. Lots of lighter gauge stuff, too - perfect for those tractor wiring jobs.
