They did everything correctly.
They did a wedge cut and a back cut and the fat guy was pushing the tree (who else?) and finally, they aimed it so perfectly that it caught other trees lifting the trunk and nailed the little dwarf and tossed his ass.
I say they should win the prize for most creative dwarf tossing.
