I'm content and try to live in my means. Yet inflation and higher wages have now cut into the necessities.
The tractor tarp shed was to be a 3 year ordeal. covid hit, supply chain busted, inflation took off and wages in food and retail jumped to 15/hr min, yet places are paying $20 to $24 to retain people.
So my tarp shed is rags now and I want to go to riches with a 20FT sea shipping container.
5 years ago it looked great and worked very well. The deep freezes to -22F, harsh winds to 90mph, and blistering 106F summers have taken it's toll.
Some here on TBN have done this, I wold love to.
As I get older, the only other need to have a 3-point rotary tiller. The walk-behind is jarring after a few hours of use. Otherwise, I'm content. I learned early in life, having too much requires too much attention for up-keep, repairs and overhaul. Keeping things simple allows your time to be spent wisely.
