Some scammers just won't give up

I'm not a fan of big government, but there is a place for it, and this is one. It ought to be a felony to spoof a number.

I received two calls yesterday that showed on caller id as 1-555-555-5555. So some of them aren't even trying to make their spam/scam calls look legitimate.
