I never knew my Dad collected pocket knives until today I found, and these aren't all...
A lot are new in box but he always carried a cruddy one. I guess I do the same.

Nice collection. I enjoy looking at old knives. When my Great aunt passed she gave me her brothers collection. Since the only thing I collect these days is dust I gave them to my son.

@Fuddyduddy1952 Thanks! I had never seen that Craftsman Celebration knife before. Those photos bring back lots of memories of knives. I had at one point and lost, or given away over the years.

The most unusual knife in my collection was a Snap-On branded fruit knife, which I gave to my youngest SIL.

I have, or had about 30% of the knives in the main photo. Not bragging, but actually surprised to see some familiar blades!

Old Timer 5th pic up from lower bottom right.... 80T Stockman.
I've carried one for almost 50 years. Lost my first one over 45 years
ago. Bought another, and carry it to this very day. I've owned or
bought or been given, lock backs, spring assist, thumb flips, fixed,
etc etc But the one I always come back to is the Stockman. Mine has
been used for almost anything you can name. Anyway my eldest son,
who has searched for his all-around best knife for himself, is now carrying
his own Stockman. A few years ago when he bought his, he bought me a
new one too because they had carbon blades (he thought they were
making newer ones from stainless). Haven't used the "new" one yet.
I'd guess everyone has a knife story of some kind. Here are the two I
speak of...
