I'm moose hunting this week... I have 6 days to find a bull. (I don't care about the mount, but a nice 3 YO would be a nice addition to my freezer.) :thumbsup:
With 65' weather I don't get very far from my truck-with the cooler full of ice packs.

I don't hunt. Yet. But have few trail cameras around the property.

There are two bobcats moma and a baby she is teaching to hant for birds. Babies ears are on the lower edge.

My 7 acres near St. Louis was in the urban firearms hunting zone for the special hunt this past weekend.
It rained all weekend but I was able to get out for a few hours each afternoon.

I didn't see anything but it was great being in the woods. I am seeing lots of scrapes.

Saw this little guy and his twin on the dam the other day. Neither of them are legal, but it's nice to see a little activity.

Good for him! :thumbsup: The earlier that kids learn to hunt and handle firearms safely, the more proficient they will be.

This years mule deer harvested on my land.
And a nice (for this area) whitetail I've been trying to track down. On my land also.

Whitetails aren't common around here, but now that I live 40 miles further south there are a little more of them. First time hunting them, it is fun as they respond to calls and rattling more so than the muleys.
