Anybody heard rumors etc about their factory cabs coming out?

It's not like them to play catchup behind Massey and Deere... or is it?

I know they are working on one. They called me about two weeks ago and asked to borrow a Kubota so they could look at how they build the window defrosters.

You know, reverse engineering /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif is so much cheaper than true R&D... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Maybe that's the Fiat gene in them tractors now..

NH is starting to become the only make that does not have a cab model for this size machine. I'm sure a cab model is in the works and hopefully soon.

Anyone heard any rumors of new models or design changes for existing machines?

Hi,
In europe you cab buy already a new holland cab on the most of the tractors: - tc 27da = (tc 29-33 model da in USA)
- tc 40-45 da (tc 35 not available here)
- tce 40-45-50-55 ( not available in usa)
- bigger tractors like the TN's and higher

Cab's are available for all the larger New Hollands. It's the Boomer's that we are missing the cabs on, while just about all of the competitors have cabs available now. I wonder what the hang up is if they already have cabs in Europe.

I have seen your pictures of the TCE. Interesting looking tractor.

the tce is a tractor a bit smaller as the class III boomers but with more hp, only no hydro but with the 12*12 is this no really need
sometimes i mis my hydro
other moments i am happy i've no hydro

The TB and TT do not have cabs available for them but they are price tractors and a cab wouldn't really keep them cheap.

As for the TC cab, NH has the means but maybe their research has shown that there wasn't as big a market for cabs on these machines. Think about it, almost everyone who has a TC either has the rops down for mowing or to get in and out of the garage. The limited few that would want the cab are most likely only a very small percentage and Laurin (I think that is how the name is spelt), makes a great looking cab for some of the TC's.

Has anyone e-mailed the New Holland rep and asked them their thoughts on it? Never hurts to toss an e-mail out.
