More info Please. And I agree; Coyote Machine is class. He helped keep me cool when I was melting down. Still getting a little run around, but it's not Kioti USA, it's the regional Rep who has not been cooperative. Who has in fact never spoken to me.

Coyote Machine; how long did it take to get your problem resolved? I'm at 3 weeks and it's sure to be another week at least since they A: haven't authorized repairs, B:decided what to fix and C: ordered parts.:mur:

Not sure what problem you're referring to? This thread isn't about me or a problem I had/have; it's about the thread OP who is saying Kioti is going to buy back his problematic tractor after his having gone around with a couple of dealers, not unlike your situation, which now seems to be coming to a satisfactory close, according to the OP's most recent posts.
BTW, he too started by buying his tractor in NJ, then brought it to ME, and now in VT?

When the OP gets a check from Kioti will be the day this particular saga is concluded, until then I'm cautiously optimistic.:confused3:

Looked at a kubota l4060 also MF . But I also think after this experience. Might just rent when need work done on non profit. But I don't know yet.

Are you totally turned off on Kioti?
Don,t get him started. Many folks here tried to help him resolve his tractor issues to no avail. He was pi$$ed from day one of getting his Kioti tractor.Look at his previous posts and you will see what I mean.

I'm turned off with the customer services and that even replacing everything it is still doing it. That I think kioti needs to pick dealers better. I think I got a bum tractor I think every tractor manufacture will have a lemon in the bunch. But it how they deal with it that makes a difference. But kioti is making it right so I'm grateful for that .

I know this guy. I know this tractor and I'm glad i didn't get this tractor watching this guy have issue after issue. I even looked at it . I have been a john Deere mechanic for 40yrs. I was shocked to see the a dealer would have sold this tractor. I'm not say it's kioti corp. but they should take a hard look at what the dealer for selling that tractor that represents them. I have a kioti dk35 I had to go and pull him out of the woods where he was trying to get firewood for a needed family. I'm glad that it is almost over and that kioti corp is doing the right thing by giving back $$. It makes me want to go out and buy another kioti. I was thinking of getting a kubota instead

What?! You're hardly making any sense, and what exactly is your point anyway? Until the OP posts that Kioti has cut him a check this 'thing' will never be over. Until then everything regarding this saga is pointless to go on about.
