If LaK's story is true, that man has the worst luck of anyone I know. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt. No-start is fairly simple to troubleshoot, especially if the issue is electric (which is why it's hard to understand how a dealer can't fix it). LaK's communications are so confusing and incomplete that I can't give good advice, and that's frustrating to me too. So as we used to day in a prior life, I'm out of this fight.

I agree,I would give anyone the benefit of doubt also.His tractor stories have WAY to many holes in them.If I had that much drama going on in my life I would reflect on what I was doing wrong and CHANGE IT.

I do not believe he meant that the dealer said it was time for lawyers, only that the dealer said he wasnt receiving phone calls back from Kioti.. Landed said it was time for lawyers..

I for one think it's back at the OP's place fixed, and he doesn't want to confirm it here after bashing everyone and thing on Earth. I guess they replaced the entire harness and the controller, under the floorboard and now it works as it should. Tough to eat CROW, huh?! So what can be said about Kioti and corporate? Probably nothing but THANKS. I'm doubting we'll EVER see those words spoken here by the OP, but then I could be wrong- I'll wait for the day that happens.

You're too late. He went off on us and the posts (both of them) got deleted. The jist of his posts was that it is no longer working and he's not talking to us anymore.

Nobody ever slung any mud at disasbled vets. Midnightoyl saw the words "disabled vets" in my post earlier and got all worked up. I dropped it with him becuase I figured he re-read the post eventually and realize I wasn't dissing anyone- just commenting on how LaK is constantly dragging "disabled-this" and "vet-that" into every post.

LaK did come back earlier and said that they delivered his tractor and it failed to start coming off the trailer - then deleted the post.

Who knows?
