I just had to leave work early to get home and play ( I mean work ) with the tractor and snowblower.
When I first put on the snowblower, I raised it up, leveled it out side to side and checked for play on the PTO shaft. Everything was good and ready to go. I raised the RPM's to 2800 which is the 540 PTO RPM range.
I then pushed in the clutch and engaged the rear PTO. The rpms dropped quickly and almost stalled the tractor. I was a bit nervous, but I figured it was new and tight. I shut everything off and double checked the install and then started up the tractor again.
I once again raise the rpms and engaged the PTO. This time I let the clutch grap quickly and then quickly disengaged it again to shock the PTO and that freed up the snowblower and everything worked smooth as butter. You can not even tell this thing is turning, it's that quiet.
My neck is a little sore but I had a ball and I am now a pro at using the 3-point hitch inching lever.
A rear windhield wiper came in very helpful and I LOVE the heater in the cab. I was rolling up my sleeves while inside the tractor.
BRING ON THE SNOW !

Here is a pic of the driveway after I pulled in.
We got 11" total. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
