Getting it apart isn't a worry... there's so much grease around that area, I doubt even God himself could seize it up.
Not that I'm tempting the Almighty, for we all know he has a sense of humour about such things!
But, I did take the shear bolt out and everything was moving freely and smoothly. Not the right bolt though - had threads within the steel plates. At least it was a grade 5 bolt though. I'll look for some more suitable bolts this week.
