I don't imagine it would be too difficult. You already have circulating coolant so just a matter of 'borrowing' some.

Makes me remember back when I was a kid with a '59 Volkswagen Beetle and using a can of sterno to defrost the windshield....

Is exactly what's intended to heat that cab. You can usually find them at any industrial supply etc. This one spec's 5/8" heater hose, can tee off of the coolant line to the radiator.
