Just a couple of thoughts. Can you load the front wheels? How about front weights? Front wheel weights? HST eats some horsepower -- wouldn't that tend to also limit your available pto power? How about skids/idler wheels for the blower (you could then allow the 3 pt to float)?

The B2710 will handle the 60" blower without a hitch. I used to use a 60" blower on my 21hp B7510. When the snow was deep I just went very slow. Never had any problems but I did have a lot of fun.
If you think you found a good priced unit just buy it and have fun.
