I am in the process of adding a snow plow to my 2000 John deere 790.I bought a 7 ft fisher plow and used it and the a frame and made my own mount.:cool2:My original intention was too use the dump curl circuit for the left /right cylinders on the plow. After some reading im understanding that it is not a good idea to do that and add a diverter of some sort.Im so confused on how to do this or what parts I would need.:confused:I looked at surplus center but don't know what to order because eventually next year im am gonna build a grapple for my bucket also and want to make sure whatever I plumb in is gonna work for both. Can someone please explain tp me how to do it in a simple way? Thanks so much.

So basically all I would need to the double selector valve ,cushion valve mentioned above along with some sort of controller or switch?ofcourse along with the hoses and fittings. And I connect to the dump curl quick disconnects for my loader?

If you have a BH on your machine you could use those lines with a kit from there to the FEL.Then use the diverter in the cab that directs flow direction. Kit is $350

When I had my JD I did what you did and hooked the angles to the curl. I never did anything else or added anything else and it worked fine. It may be the way to go until you have your grapple ready to go, at least you can clear snow for now.
