For those of us in the Mid-Atlantic area, we are finally supposed to get some snow this evening. Possibly up to 13" tonight!! Can't wait to clear some snow in the morning.

Lucky guy's !!!! A few weeks ago we had 15 inches of snow but I still had the crappy crapsman walk behind. It was the snowfall that convinced me to buy my BX1860. Sadly we have flurries in the forecast today and rain the next 2 days. Luckily I still have lots of snow that I have yet to relocate.

They're predicting about 5" here around Charlotte, NC! That'll be the biggest snow in 5 years! I'm sure they have all THREE of the salt trucks running right now. Probably not a loaf of bread or gallon of milk to be found anywhere. Probably not even any gasoline (like anyone around here's gonna' drive in the snow.)
I should be able to get all the seat time I want. No worry about the County or State beating me to it! I have more equipment than they do.

Definately some snow removal fun tomorrow . Connecticut and the Southern New England area is supposed to get 6 - 12 inches by tomorrow night. Classic Nor'Easter storm coming up the coast.

Bad time for my machine to be down checked my BX-23 yesterday after hearing about 15+ inches on the way and found a flat tire (fixed it) and a broken Hydro line on the plow blade and nobody is open today so I hope they are open tommorw so I can get a new one made

Well it is here in WNC!!
I scraped the driveway twice already...
once right after lunch so we could get to the store..
and again when I got back..
looks like 3-4 inches fell in the 2.5 to 3 hours I was gone..
I'll send some pics later..
I am worried about how much damage I did to the gravel driveway..
it was covered in snow and I scraped it away..
ugg..
well I needed to regravel some of it anyway...

Just rub it in. I'm about 3 hours North-West of you and I STILL haven't needed to plow this year. They are only calling for a Dusting to 2 inches tonight for us! I'm so mad.... I finally have a decent plow rig (7' snow bear plow on the front of my Bx1830) and looks like I won't be able to use it until next year!

Yesterday was our last day of winter here as far as I'm concerned.

8-12" more tonight/tomorrow a.m. here in Little Rhody. I put my chains and my rear blade back on today. Looks like another snow day tomorrow for the Little Women and I. The good news it seat time, the bad news is school will be going 'till July at this rate.

You can have it! We've had 75.1 inches so far this season and I must say, I'm getting a bit tired of it. Just when we think it's going to break, we get a low of 6F for tonight. Yes, I'm ready for spring!
But hey, enjoy your snow, I do remember those first few inches and they can be fun...

I don't blame you for wanting us to have it. I would be tired of 75.1 inches also along with the other guys that have said they've received over 200 inches this year.

Normally during our few DC area snow/ice events, it's always you guys north and west that get the white stuff. I'll take it, hopefully it will be enough to close the federal government and I can take the day off without using my vacation time.

7:52pm here and the rain has finally changed to snow flakes - expectations are 3-6 inches. We'll see in the morning. Ya'll have fun in the cabbed machines tomorrow, everybody else try to stay warm !

Yea - we haven't seen a significant snowfall for about 5 years or so. So. MD doesn't get it unless it comes up from the south - like this one. Have the RB on and ready to plow in the AM.....

We even got some snow here in Alabama this morning. It was only 2 inches, but it was the first measurable snowfall in two years. So now that football season is over, hunting season is over and we have had some snow, I am officially ready for spring.
