I thought you folks should see this,

as it is real time saver and moves snow
further and faster for the folks who bought
the impeller kits.

The folks on plowsite that plow and use snow
blowers have nothing but good things to say about
the impeller kits.

The fix-it kit consists of bolt-on rubber blade extensions for the impeller to close the impeller to housing gap. Makes sense to me and should improve performance. Not sure how long the rubber extensions would last but they say 5-10 yrs.

The kits are $30 plus $8-$9 shipping.

Looks like heavy flat belting with a back-up plate would work too.

I did go to the site and the whole thing seems logical. Next time I am over at the Sault, I will check them out.
