snow and a B2620

Yes skyhook......I drove down the driveway and blew back up towards the house so that I could go with the wind. I just left the bucket tipped down as I drove down so the tractor belly wasn't dragging and getting packed with snow.
I have R4's, no chains and they are not filled. I have had no problem with traction. Driveway is a slight incline but not much.

I did get stuck at the neighbours though.....they have been driving over it and clean it sometimes with a push blower. So of coarse the tractor started cutting down big time and I sank. But I rocked back and forth a couple times and it came out.

Started thinking about that cab jambx. I like the open station, but would be nice to be able to blow in any direction and not have to adjust for wind. That is Lake Superior just beyond those trees, so there is always wind here.

Do you think "if" you had a "rear pull" type blower,
your machine could have pulled it while driving over it?
Just curious, I am impressed on the amount of snow it handled.

Rear pull type blowers are not made for these tractors. ( I have a b2920)

L series from Kubota up have rear pull blowers available.

I don't understand Are you saying they can't be put on these machines or,
Kubota doesn't make them,,,,there are other brands....

The tractor is physically too small

Next size up like an L series you can get a pull behind.

My 72 inch rear pull weighs 565 lbs.
The same 60 inch weighs 410 lbs,
you don't think that machine can pull this while driving through snow?

I don't have any experience with them skyhook, though my friend is a big believer in them. I do know my B2620 would easily handle a bigger blower.
I've blown through snow higher than the blower, where I had to go back and take a cleanup pass and it doesn't draw the engine down any in medium range.
So I really can't answer you.
I just like a standard blower because I know I can jamb it into any depth of snow I need to get through.

I use this. A friend made it from an old plow. I have the quick attach from the B3200 loader. It works well but you need front chains to steer. Please don't anybody tell me you shouldn't chain all four wheels, heard that before.
