Snow Equipment Buying/Pricing Snapper I422 Snowblower 4HP Wheel

I have an OLD snapper 4hp 1422 snowblower. I have had it about 15 years and the engine is as strong as ever. This little bugger will match the throwing distance of a Toro 7HP. I noticed that one of the tires has a tear in it. I found a place that sells the complete wheel assembly but I am also looking for just the tire if it isn't too hard to replace the old tire. Is it much trouble getting the tire off the wheel and replacing it with a new one?

Those small wheels and tires can be a bit of a bugger to get off and on the rim again. Here's a pretty good video I found of how to do it. Good luck.
