Snapper 1650 Info Please

A friend of a friend has a Snapper 1650, with a snowblower attached to the rideing tractor. It is fully enclosed with a little canvas cab, windshied, and wiper. It has chains on it with no grass mower. This tractor was soley used for clearing snow from sidewalks, driveways, and pulling a trailer in the summer time. The tractor runs fine and in real good shape, all the metal, and paint, stickers are there and not missing. As stated it does not have a mower, so I can only do snow and use it around the house. I dont no the year, horsepower, ect about the tractor, I am looking for what you folks may think a decent price for the setup would be? Any info would be great, Thanks in advance, Tom

In my neck of the woods, you would be looking at a minimum of $1000 in the condition you described. I'm figuring the tractor is worth $500-650, the cab at least $250 and the blower at least $250 to 400. If it's the original motor, it's a 16 HP engine, most likely a Kohler single cylinder.
