Snake Oil Additives

I came across this link on a motorcycle board. Other members stated that there are some inaccuracies, but generally it is long but interesting.

There are quite a few inaccuracies in that article.

Here's my view on additives. In the "majority" of applications they are not needed. Buy a good high quality lubricant to start with and you shouldn't have to add anything to it.

I currently use Lc20 from Lube Control and it makes Amsoil better then ever using oil analysis (UOA). It made wear #'s go DOWN from 50 to 100%! No other add has done that to date.
