You put lettuce in your smoothie? never even heard of that. Spinach is great though.

I like smoothies in principal. First sip is great. Then after a couple I am completely over it and done.

I use fresh spinach every morning in my post workout protein shake.

spinach, frozen banana, protein powder, teaspoon cinnamon, almond butter and oat milk.

Sounds like a heart attack in a glass! Lot of fat in that.
Good fat is really good for you, though. Just buy organic and natural as much as possible and don't eat processed anything. Eating healthy fats doesn't give you heart disease, we've been duped.

The expert scientists and nutritionists of this country have steered everyone dead wrong for the last 60 years, and the result is the least healthy population in the entire 1st world. Fat isn't the problem, processed food is.
