Well, they're largely the same as a Chevy. Badging and the way options are packaged is the primary difference. I guess I should have just said GM for clarity. Both are making the change to aluminum soon, and both will probably still have square wheel wells.

So we don't stray too far off topic. I can relate to wanting a small side by side for work rather than play. This is an old Rhino 450 being carried off my hill by my tractor on my 42" pallet forks... I can take it anywhere I am working and make faster trips back to the house if more supplies are needed.

My whole purpose in this thread is to see what recommendations are out there since the rhino may not last forever.

Here's what i'm looking at to go on the 550 Gator, it steers fine when moving, tight in small places, not overly bad, i'm not getting any younger though.
I bought my Gator as a DEMO & saved:thumbsup:

Yes, GMC Sierra SLT 1500 Z71 4x4. It was calling to me.
