SLT1554 shut off, no restart

My Cub Cadet shut itself off while I was turning. Now not even a click is offered when I turn the key. Any recommendations on what to check?

Check the seat switch. See if you left the PTO switch out. Brake peddle switch might not be working. My best guesses.

Tighten up the battery cables and check all other connections while your at it. From your description of it's abrupt stopping I would suspect a loose wire somewhere...just don't forget to switch off the PTO before before trying to restart.

Yep, we've seen reports of this before. A wire flops against something metallic on a turn. Check for broken insulation, loose wires, etc.
