hey folks... ive recently picked up a 685 that was owned by a good friend the short of it i bought it cheap 6k with a 7' bush hog post hole digger and a set of forks for the loader (westendorff)
i knew it had a few minor issues. bare with me as im a transformer/power substation builder, and a part time farmer
so, i picked it up knowing that the hydraulic system was slow to the point of needing repair 3point, loader were very slow only working with excessive throttle and zero power steering so far ive read and here are my efforts to date
new pump also by him
removed and buffed the mcv i have fliud flowing out of the mcv as well as the powersteering port on the side of the mcv housing removed and cleaned the valve under the seat as well as the valve behind your right foot i also unhooked the loader quick connects and hooked them into one another to eliminate a loader cylinder from leaking ill add that the breaks work great and the cluth seems to be letting out at the top almost like its slow engaging
any info or a link to a good online manual i will buy if needed im no where near a case dealer central va at this point aside from pulling the mcv housing that was just gone threw 2months ago im at the end of my thought train thanks yall also my cell is 4346605739 if its easier to text me thanks again
