Slow speed when tilting bucket on my Ford 4000 1972

Hello all

After the first snowfall which left us with a good 8 inch of snow up here in Quebec ive been using my tractor a lot moree but its so painfully slow to empty the bucket that its no fun at all. Theres enough fluid in the diferential and to move the bucket up and down the speed is decent at best. Can someone point me to a solution or things i could check just to get a bit more speed.

Is the hydraulic fluid in the rear milky? if so, water is in the fluid and may be freezing up. I had the same issue on my 4000, and found the piston cylinder was bent. That's the last time I'll let anyone borrow the tractor. Had to have another cylinder fabbed.

About a 70% chance the valve needs cleaned,,, spray with some PB Blaster.
A slow bucket when the arms still move at a decent speed almost always points to a valve spool that is not opening all the way.
