Slow loading

This past week I've noticed that after about 10 minutes of looking at posts, the site slows way down. Tonight I waited for over 4 minutes just to access this forum so I could advise you of the problem. I read the previous post about the slow index, and did as you suggested marking all the posts as read and I got the following error message:

SQL ERROR: Tue, Jul 01 2003 22:39:20 -0500 Database error only visible to forum administrators

Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/tractorb/tractorbynet.com/htdocs/forums/mysql.inc.php on line 130

I thought it was just my ISP but now I see others are having the problem. This has been going on off and on for a few days now.
