Grading Slow in reverse

I have a bobcat ct225 that is painfully slow in reverse

What is your question? The stats say it will go 8mph in reverse, which isn't terribly slow. What range are you using? Check that the cruise control isn't engaged (it's a lever on that model, right?) limiting pedal travel.

Maybe 1.5 mph in reverse in high range. I don,t eve backup if possible. Too time consuming.
