OK. The wheel is unstuck, now the next question. I used the tractor today and it seemed sluggish. It has plenty of power and all of the hydraulics work as they should but it's ground speed is slow. The ambient temperature was around 35 and I was shovelling snow with the FEL. Any ideas?

I would change the fluid and filter. Be sure and use kubota fluids....

that would be a start then go to plan B

I spoke with a local Kubota service tech and he agrees that the fluid and filters should be changed so I plunked down $253.74 and bouhgt them. I am going to change them Friday.

OK Fluid and filters changed but no joy, still slow. Now what?

Could the pedal be restricted from moving all the way, or be out of adjustment? By the way, see if the guy will give you back your money for the fluids. Tractors sit outside all the time, why should the oil need to be changed unless you leave the top off the fill hole or something like that.
