Depends on the attachements you want to use with it. I have seen at least 2 different sleeve hitch setups.
I would think you want swing limit stops to ensure the implements did not foul up your rear tires.

A "standard sleeve hitch" itself doesn't necessarily raise or lower -- it's more like a drawbar mount. However, it can be mounted on something that lifts or rotates, allowing the rear of the implement to be lifted. Similarly, there are no specific limits for adjusting side to side play...

All the things you describe are unique to the sleeve hitch on any given tractor, and not a part of a "standard sleeve hitch" design...

The only "standard" part of a sleeve hitch is the "receptacle" for a long, single pin of a specific size to go through, attaching the implement to any given tractor... everything else is unique to the individual tractor.

You might try looking at one and get some ideas if you have a TSC near, they sell one Part#44402529 (about $200)
Lowes sell one too Part#149160 (About $170)
I'm getting ready to post and ask if anyone has tried either one of these.

Sears was/is selling them for $99. Its the exact same as TSC and Lowes.

But, is it the sleeve hitch for HIS model tractor... that's what I was trying to point out.

As an analogy, a landscape trailer doesn't care what type of hitch is on the vehicle pulling it, as long as it has a standard hitch ball size... but, the hitch on the tow vehicle is unique to that type of tow vehicle... A Ford F-250 Class 3 hitch will not fit a Chevrolet S-10, but with the correct hitches either one can pull the landscape trailer...
