Sleeve Hitch

Can anyone show me a picture of a mounted sleeve hitch on a Cub Cadet wide frame series? I've got a model 109 and would like to get a rake for it, but assume I need the hitch in order to mount the rake. Also, where can I purchase the hitch, are they still made for circa 1970's machines as mine. Thanks.

I see these hitches on Ebay all the time for around $100. I don't think they are made new anymore, so you are limited to what's on the used market.
