Skid Steer Quick Attach J2513 Standard WTC!?!

Ok so it seems that not all tractors follow this standard. I think the pins should be 33 inches from center of pin to center of pin. My Branson BL150 loader is about 29.5. Is this common on most tractors? This is my first.
