Cant remember if i used a band saw or jig saw with a med to fine tooth,for straight cuts you can rip it on table saw or circ saw.

puckboard is showing as hdpe. Is it like a 4 x8 sheet of plastic similar to Jerry cans?

Pretty good. I was looking for large sheets. suppose you can plastic weld some boxes and such if you like with it. If its the same as the jerry can stuff, that is also the same those argo bodys are made of and you could make skid plates or patches with it. Is it expensive per 4x8 sheet?

All I could find on the Rona website was 1/8” thickness....what thickness did you use? Would 1/8” be strong enough??

Check out puckboard canada website sure they can help,id go with .25 to .50 thick

Vsquared - those pics in post #6. It would appear that the underside is most likely protected from everything.

Contacted puckboard Canada and a local Rona. Waiting to hear back hopefully tomorrow.

Still have not received my prices yet. I am in the process right now of talking to a contractor I work with that has some used dump truck liners kicking around that they have had to replace. Would this work or be the same as puck board...it seems to look the same. Hopefully I hear back from them sometime today.
