Silverware

Hi TbyN'ers
Has anyone ever seen silverware like this? Ive done some searching on it and dont come up with much. It comes from Germany around WWll time. It was brought back by the wifes great uncle. The ends of the handels have little lions on them it looks like. Looks to be a desert set or salad to us. Its complete as far as we know. Any idea's

Don't know what they are/w3tcompact/icons/hmm.gif. Have you tried sending the pics to a antique dealer web site? Maybe Antiques Roadshow has a web site??

Are they marked Sterling, or have any markings on them? I have some pieces that are very close to those in my shop that are plated. If you can get a clearer photo or a scan of one of them I may be able to help you. Better yet, just stop down at my antique shop in Victor, NY since you are so close and bring them with you

Are you the big yellow shop on main street Victor? Ive been in there several times in the past. When my wife and i come in can i bring in a candle table for you to check out also?
