Side Extensions for &' Blade

Any ideas what to make side extensions for my 7' wide front blade on my 4720? I would like it to extend to 8' and retain the same curvature as the molboard.

Some detailed pics of the blade you have would likely spark some ideas, there are some creative fellas here on TBN. Perhaps you could even include some measurements of the existing material thicknesses for the blade, framework, and gusseting.
