Side brush cutter

I am looking for a 3pt mount brush cutter to go behind my tc30. We built a house that sits off the road and we had to hire someone with a dirt pan to build up a place for a drive way. Well he did it unsupervised and did not slop the sides enough for me to be able to drive up and down to cut the grass. Halfway up my tc 30 4wd looses traction even with fel. I really would like to have a side mount mower like the hwy dept uses to cut the road sides with, but cant afford it. The other day I happened by and saw a side bushhog that mounted on 3pt hitch going down the road. This was the first time I saw one that mounted on 3pt hitch. I asked my dealer about one but he could not help. I was wondering if the normally ram on tractors hydro of if they had their own pump. And also where I could find one at.

are you talking about just an offset bush hog or something else entirely?

Maybe think on the possibility of having someone come in and change the slopes so you can mow them with your tc30. Is it a possibility?
The money for a 3 ph offset cutter would go a long way for a lot of bulldozer time. Fix it for all-time.
