Shuttle shift, MF 451

Within the past 2 weeks my shuttle shift has been more difficult to go into gear, both directions; so difficult now my left hand center knuckle is swollen and i cannot straighten the finger. Any member have a cause and solution for the shifting difficulty?

Clutch dragging?

Agree with @Farmer495. The clutch isn't disengaging and being that it is a synchro shuttle, the synchro is not able to get into gear easily.

Both clutches were adjusted by the MF dealer from which i bought the tractor, with 530 hrs. on the clock. It now has 580 hrs.
I'll have to buy a 451 service manual and re-check everything. Thanks men.
