Spray a light coat of diesel fuel on the bed before loading, or leaving your house.
Doubt if it's OSHA approved, but should work.

I vote for a spray of lube before the first load of the day.

Doubt you would want Diesel fuel mixed with your mulch, especially at the prices we have around here.

Line the bed with plastic? Our buddy worked for a company and that's all they did for dump truck beds and the like. Not a inexpensive option.

Banging on the bottom didn't work. 1st it's to high up to reach and where I could reach, it didn't make any difference.
2nd, with all the weight up in the air, I don't feel comfortable with the go fast and stop suddenly approach. (That's not level ground in the picture) Hadn't thought about a vibrator, I'll have to check on that. This is the first time this has happened so that board idea will be implemented and I've thought about spraying some cooking oil before loading.

Lower the box to where you CAN reach it & then bang on it.
Lift & dump.
