Should we open a snow removal forum?

personally, I don't like forums with a billion sub-forums, but since I only use the "since my last visit" button which looks at all the threads across all the boards... I wouldn't see any difference so it wouldn't hurt me one bit.

seems if someone has a snow question, they'll find a place to ask it.
