Should I buy this?

I'm in the market for a ZTR to mow 2 acres weekly. My simplicity dealer just called. She has a 20 horse 50 inch Champion in with 71 hours. She sells them new for $5200. She said it looks like new and was very well maintained. She said she'd sell it for $3,850. IT's not a great time of the year to buy cash wise, and it would just sit until spring, but Simplicity will finance on used mowers.
