Should I Buy It or Keep Looking?

Found a 10 ft. double roller Brillian Cultipacker but it has a woobly loose wheel on the front roller. Anyone know how you would repair this or could it just be ignored and not hurt to use. Also would I need to check for anyother problems like bearings or anything else. This is my first post and would appreciate any replys.
