Re: Should be in Safety but won\'t

I'm very sorry.. God bless your fatherinlaw, you & your family!

Last year.. my youngest sister fell through the first level in her new house being built.. onto the basement concrete. Broke her back, arm, stiches in her leg. From Southen MD.. they air lifted her into DC. They split her open sideways.. 8 hours of surgery to install vertibrea metal braces. She's okay.. but can't touch her toes.

Murph,
When it rains it pours. I'm more than happy to offer prayer support to your family. You will be in our prayers.

Isn't it good to know you can count on support from your TBN family?

Murph,
Prayers seem so inadequate, but you can count on them from here. Is there anything those of us who live closer to you could do to assist you with your business woes? Hang in there!

Re: Should be in Safety but won\'t

Just an update. My father in law seems to be improving but I think it will be a long road. Still in Intensive care they are increasing his chances. At 72 he seems to be stronger than the doctors thought. They did have to remove part of his brain which if he makes it he will have a lot of therapy. They will have to teach him how to eat, walk, breath, talk and whatever else. Good thing though the part of his brain that they removed is not really necessarily needed. So any prayers would be coveted and I will try and keep you posted. Oh yes, last week when I was there I started talking to him and then raised my voice some and he did open his eyes and even lifted his right arm a bit. He is opening his eyes more and more. I just feel like he is trying to communicate to us and can't.
