Should be in Safety but won\'t
Last thursday, a week ago tomorrow we got a call from my sister n law. Evidently my wife's father was in a farming accident. He fell from a ladder about 15 feet in the air. My father in law was 72 years old. When he fell he hit his head on a small rock that was frozen in the ground but protruded up like your knuckles would in a closed fist. He was taken by ambulance to a near by hospital and then air lifted to a larger hospital about 100 miles away. My father in law is not doing good. They had to remove part of his brain and has many broken bones. He was given a 25% chance of making it. Just whe you start to think he might pull out of it he developed pneumonia and now is struggling again for his life. My wifes family is very close so it is taking a toll on my wife and as much as she wanted him to live even with the brain damage but today with the suffering he is going through she wishes different. This is really hard on my wife and myself right now. We are going through some really tough times with our business and now this. I have not been able to go out and see my father in law with the business problems and have not seen my wife since last thursday. Again an accident that should not have happened and I should have put this in the safety forum but my cries are for prayers and thoughts. Both for my father in law and our business.
Thank you
