Shibaura SD1800 fuel injector pump trouble

I am having a heck of a time with my Shibaura SD1800. Had Bingham Tractor come out and have a look. Charged me $295 kicked the tires and said they don't work on these. SO I took the inspection cover off the side of the pump. The gear at the top of the right (lifter for want of proper name) does not turn when I move the throttle level. Both injectors seems very sluggish. Suggestions? Anyone know where I can get parts?

Were the insides rusted?
What parts are you "thinking" about changing?? You need special tools & knowledge to disassemble.
Do your self a HUGE FAVOR & don't mess w/ it..
Parts are not easy to come-by & the less you mess up, the less its going to cost you to be repaired.
The pump & engine must be timed before inj. pump removal.
