I know these are similar to the small Ford / New Holland's, so maybe this is generic, and someone can awnser the question. When I got this tractor, the foot throttle was working and the guy handed me, the hand bar throttle lever. I found a new cable, and have installed it, attached it to the hand control lever, sweet, everything responding as should , BUT, I know you are supposed to be able to fix the set speed (RPM) with the hand throttle so you can (in my case) use the mini trencher on the back. So what am I looking for, or what is missing that helps keep the rpm's fixed, when you want to control the speed without having to do it manually.

Also, looks like the hand brake is missing something, as its just floppin in the wind, so will try to look in the manual and see if the linkage bar is gone, or whats going on
