In order: virtually none, whatever the seller can get an unwary buyer to spend, very few available and those mostly from Japan, not likely, decent, unsure what you mean by market.

There is no organized support for any of the grey market tractors except Yanmar. We have a 168 page catalog of aftermarket parts for many Yanmar models. Most of the other brands will eventually become expensive lawn ornaments. Look at this THREAD. If you're willing to spend the time you can find plenty of other examples.
