Sherwin Williams at Lowes?

I worked for a master painter at one time; and when he wanted a high quality paint he bought a Swedish made brand that I can't recall the name of right now. I do recall, that there was a gold colored coin/medallion on every can.

Timely thread. I just painted a room with Sherwin Williams paint only because I got a 30% off coupon and decided to try it. The paint did indeed cover better than the Valspar from Lowe's that I had been using albeit the wife complained about the smell which seemed a bit strong.

All I can do is laugh at this point. As time allowed, I have been painting the interior of our nearly 5000 sq ft (don't ask) house for over two years to get it on the market. The only reason I used Valspar/Lowe's is convenience and of course the occasional coupon. Lowe's coupons are a joke of course compared to a competitor offering "X" amount off NOW!

I would have to go look at the brand but I also picked up some paint from my local True Value that did work pretty well.
