Shed for Tractor

It needs to go in any color shed, with a locked door. Maybe that way it will not disappear at all. JC

What's the size on your shed? I have a small, 20x24 shop with a poured floor where I can work on the tractor, but I'm going to put up some kind of shed/barn this winter for hay storage and tactor parking. The local Carolina Carports rep lives only 1/2 mile from me, so I thought I'd give him a call and get a quote. Besides the size, can you tell me how you anchored the building? I figure that if I get something like this, I'll have to either put in some kind of foundation, or pilings, etc. Did you put in something like this, or is it sitting on the ground?

Size is 18x24 with 8 foot legs. It's anchored to the ground by rebar pins about 3 foot long drivin into the ground. The building is just sitting on level ground.

Thanks Randy! Showed the pics to the CFO and she likes how it looks. God forbid we put up something that doesn't look good! I'll keep an eye out for the pics of the door install.

What about the wind? Your'e in OK, no? If that back wall were hinged or removable you might survive heavy gusts; otherwise it'll fly like a parachute. This is another year of high storm probability so be careful.

Randy, you don't have near enough junk in there, I can haul up a load or two so it will have that "lived in" look right away.

I wired one of those for a friend of mine, I used the structure as conduit, drilling holes and pulling the wire through. Probably not code but it works. Good looking garage, I could use one!!!!

Not so empty now. LOL They will be here in 2 weeks to close the front in with a garage door. I decided to go ahead and spend the money and have them close it in. It's going to be a 9x9 door so no boo boo's of hitting the ROP's. LOL Then I'll save up and have a closed in lean-to built off the right side to give me somewhere to store all the junk I have collected. I have a 16x16 wood shed that I keep all my tools in and it's packed with nothing but junk and I hate nothing more then having to climb over boxes and other crap to get at something. It's wired and has a small window A/C unit in the back wall and 2 windows up front.
